  • Cancellation Rules :You can cancel your ticket at least three days of the travel date with cancellation fees 20%  
  • The cancellation fees will be 25% if you will cancel one day before the travel day

Foreigners Rules & Conditions:

* Foreigners ticket includes  two meals (dinner & breakfast).
*Not allowed for Foreigners to pay in Egyptian Pounds , the reservation will be cancelled and cancellation policy will be applied.

* Nationality should be chosen clearly and correctly as they not allowed for foreigners to choose Egyptian as a nationality

*According to some operations system Watania can change the trains or cabins numbers after the reservation process is done.

*Any changes of the train numbers after the reservation process is done, the passengers will be informed prior to the departure date.

*You have to be at the train station 30 minutes before the departure time.

* Personal reservation details should be very accurate according to the ID Number , gender, children age, nationalities  and any difference will be found could be a reason to cancel the reservation.  

* In case of no show, the tickets are not refundable.

* The Reservation mail will send within 5 minutes .

                                                                                                          

Egyptian Rules and Conditions:

* For Egyptian couples when reserve one double cabin, they are kindly requested to show the marriage contract.

* Egyptians ticket includes (1 dinner meal).

* Not allowed for Egyptians to book one bed only in the foriegn cabin, You can Take single cabin . 

According to some operations system Watania can change the trains or cabins numbers after the reservation process is done.

*Any changes of the train numbers after the reservation process is done, the passengers will be informed prior to the departure date.

* Personal reservation details should be very accurate according to the ID Number , gender, children age, nationalities  and any difference will be found could be a reason to cancel the reservation.

* Amendment fees  of the reserved tickets costs 10% from the total price of the tickets.   

* In case of no show, the tickets are not refundable.

                    Cancellation Policy:                               
*In case of cancellation fees 48 hours or more prior the departure time is 20% of the total price of tickets.

*In case of cancellation  fees  24 hours prior to the departure date is 25% of the total price of tickets.

*Tickets are not refundable or amended at same day of travel

* Tickets are not Refundable if request is less than 24 hours prior to train departure time ( 100% not refunable)

* The Service is delivered to the customer once receiving the tickets

*Any amendments made on the ticket without reporting to the booking office, will make the ticket subject to cancellation
